While waiting for the nurse, I monitored the patient’s condition and provided reassurance. After the incident, I documented the details accurately and participated in a debriefing to improve future responses. This experience reinforced the importance of staying composed and following protocols during emergencies.

I strictly adhere to HIPAA guidelines and facility policies to maintain patient confidentiality. This includes discussing patient information only with authorized personnel, securing medical records, and avoiding conversations about patients in public areas. I also ensure that electronic records are accessed only on secure devices.
