I also encourage residents to set personal goals and create action plans to achieve them. By providing both the knowledge and the support to apply it, residents are better prepared for independent living.

Conflict resolution starts with active listening and understanding the root cause of the issue. I facilitate mediation sessions where both parties can express their concerns and work towards a mutually acceptable solution. If necessary, I impose consequences to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents. My goal is to teach conflict resolution skills that residents can carry forward into their independent lives.
