I prioritize activities based on the needs and preferences of the participants, as well as any specific goals or themes for the day. I create a detailed schedule that includes buffer times for unexpected delays and flexibility for spontaneous activities. By using a planner and setting clear objectives for each activity, I ensure that everything runs smoothly and that I can address any issues promptly.

I often start with low-pressure activities and gradually build up to more involved ones. Offering choices and involving them in the planning process can also increase their engagement. Additionally, I encourage peer support and create a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable participating.

I then facilitate a discussion to find a resolution that respects everyone's feelings and needs. If necessary, I may separate the individuals temporarily to cool down and then bring them back together to resolve the conflict. My goal is to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere during activities.

I prioritize safety by conducting thorough risk assessments for each activity, ensuring that all equipment is in good condition and that the environment is safe. I provide clear instructions and demonstrations, and I closely supervise participants, especially during more physically demanding activities. I also maintain open communication with participants and their families, addressing any concerns promptly and adapting activities as needed to accommodate individual needs.
