During a crisis, I prioritize tasks based on the urgency and potential impact on the individual's safety. I start by assessing the immediate needs, such as contacting emergency services or mental health professionals. Simultaneously, I ensure the individual feels supported and informed. I then address secondary tasks, like documenting the incident and coordinating follow-up care. This approach ensures that critical needs are met promptly while maintaining a structured and supportive environment.

To manage stress, I practice mindfulness and deep breathing exercises, which help me stay calm and focused. I also prioritize self-care, ensuring I have regular breaks and time to unwind. Additionally, I maintain open communication with my team, sharing responsibilities and seeking support when needed.
