This includes pre- and post-program surveys to gauge changes in attitudes and behaviors, attendance records, and feedback from teachers and parents. I also track specific outcomes such as improved academic performance, increased community involvement, and reduced behavioral issues. These metrics help in assessing the effectiveness of the program and making necessary adjustments.

In one instance, I collaborated with a local community center to create a summer camp that combined educational activities with recreational opportunities.
