I would first observe the situation to ensure my perception is accurate. If it is, I would approach the coworker privately, expressing my concerns constructively and offering assistance if possible. If the issue persists, I would escalate it to a supervisor, providing specific examples and suggesting potential solutions. I believe in teamwork and open communication to resolve such issues.
