My attention to detail and commitment to patient safety have helped me maintain a strong track record in medication management.

I ensure effective communication by using clear, simple language and actively listening to patients and their families. I provide thorough explanations about care plans, medications, and procedures, and encourage questions to address any concerns. I also maintain empathy and patience, especially when discussing sensitive topics, to build trust and ensure they feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.

I strictly adhere to HIPAA guidelines and facility policies to protect patient confidentiality. This includes discussing patient information only in private settings, using secure systems for documentation, and sharing details only with authorized personnel. I also educate patients about their privacy rights and ensure that their personal and medical information is handled with the utmost care and respect.
