Showing genuine care and respect for their autonomy fosters a strong, trusting relationship.

Conflicts are addressed by maintaining a calm and respectful demeanor. I listen to the client's concerns without interrupting, then express my perspective clearly and calmly. Seeking common ground and finding a mutually acceptable solution is my goal. If necessary, I consult with colleagues or supervisors for additional insights, ensuring the resolution is in the best interest of the client.
