I also educate clients about the limits of confidentiality and the importance of privacy, reinforcing trust and compliance with legal standards.

I build rapport by using open-ended questions, active listening, and empathy. I maintain eye contact, use the client's name appropriately, and reflect on their feelings to show understanding. By personalizing the interaction and demonstrating genuine care, I quickly establish a connection that fosters trust and open communication.
