I pursued a nursing co-op position to gain hands-on experience in a clinical setting, which complements my academic studies. I am passionate about making a positive impact on patients' lives and believe this co-op will provide a strong foundation for my future nursing career.

In stressful situations, I remain calm by focusing on prioritization and effective communication. I assess the situation, identify urgent tasks, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety. I also practice self-care techniques, such as deep breathing, to maintain composure.
