I was motivated to become a Home Health Nursing Assistant because I have a strong desire to help others, especially those who are vulnerable or in need of care. I manage my time effectively by creating a daily schedule that prioritizes tasks based on urgency and patient needs. Once, I cared for an elderly patient who was feeling isolated and depressed.
