For those with cognitive impairments, I simplify instructions, use repetition, and employ nonverbal cues like gestures or touch, always ensuring a calm and reassuring presence to foster understanding and trust.

I strictly adhere to HIPAA guidelines and facility policies by discussing patient information only in private, secure settings and sharing details solely with authorized personnel. I'm vigilant about securing records and using discretion in conversations, understanding that maintaining confidentiality is paramount to earning trust and upholding professional standards in healthcare.
