Quantitatively, I track the progress of peers in achieving their goals, such as improved grades or successful project completions. For example, if a peer I advised achieves a higher GPA or secures an internship, it indicates that my advice was effective. Regularly reviewing these metrics helps me adjust my advising strategies to better meet the needs of my peers.

Continuous learning is essential in the role of a peer advisor. I regularly attend workshops and training sessions to enhance my skills, such as active listening and conflict resolution. I also seek feedback from peers and mentors to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, I stay informed about new resources and tools that can aid in advising. For example, I recently learned about a new app that helps with time management, which I now recommend to peers to enhance their productivity.
