My passion for osteopathic medicine stems from its holistic approach to patient care, emphasizing the interconnectedness of the body’s systems. I was drawn to the philosophy of treating the whole person, not just symptoms, and the hands-on techniques like osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). This approach aligns with my belief in preventive care and empowering patients to achieve optimal health. Teaching this philosophy to future physicians excites me, as it fosters a deeper understanding of patient-centered care and the importance of addressing root causes of illness.
