While each has its strengths, I prefer ADKAR for its simplicity and focus on individual change. It provides a clear framework for understanding and addressing the stages of change (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) at the individual level, which is crucial for large-scale organizational change. However, I adapt my approach based on the specific needs and context of the organization.
