For example, in cases involving end-of-life decisions, I ensure that the patient's wishes are respected and that family members are involved in the decision-making process. Transparency and open communication are key in resolving such dilemmas.

I strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations and hospital policies regarding patient confidentiality. I ensure that patient information is only shared on a need-to-know basis and that all electronic and physical records are securely maintained. During interactions, I speak discreetly and use privacy screens when necessary. These practices help protect patient privacy and build trust with the patients and their families.
