Curriculum planning for preschoolers involves creating a balanced mix of structured activities and free play, tailored to the developmental needs of the children. I focus on integrating literacy, math, science, and social skills through hands-on, interactive experiences. I also ensure that the curriculum is flexible to adapt to the children's interests and learning styles, promoting a love of learning from an early age.

A challenging situation I faced was managing a conflict between two children. I addressed it by first ensuring both children felt heard and understood.
