Qualitatively, I gather feedback through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to understand the participants' experiences and perceived benefits. I also look at the program's reach and its influence on community attitudes and behaviors.

During a community gardening program, we faced a severe drought that threatened the project. I quickly adapted by introducing rainwater harvesting systems and drought-resistant plant varieties. I also organized workshops on water conservation and alternative gardening techniques.
