When faced with challenging behaviors, I remain calm and composed. I try to understand the root cause of the behavior by observing and asking open-ended questions. If the behavior is due to discomfort or confusion, I address the underlying issue. If it's a recurring problem, I consult with the client's family or healthcare team for additional support and strategies.

I stay updated by regularly attending workshops, webinars, and training sessions offered by professional organizations. I also read industry journals and participate in online forums to learn about new techniques and best practices. Additionally, I seek feedback from colleagues and supervisors to continuously improve my skills and knowledge.
