Coordinate logistics for mentoring events. Draft communication to mentors and mentees communication Mentoring Program information.</li><li>Schedule ADMC monthly and other meetings as directed. Track attendance, attend monthly meetings, and draft minutes for meetings.</li><li>Review and approve reimbursement requests for ADMC and mentoring events.</li><li>Identify and assist with other tasks as needed.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Associate Evaluation Process (35%)</strong><ul><li>Collaborate with Technology team, Attorney Professional Development team members and Associate Evaluation Committee (AEC) members, for organization and support of the annual evaluation process for non-partner time-keepers.</li><li>Communicate with Division and Practice Group leaders to organize and monitor annual evaluation meetings for non-partner timekeepers (collaborating with Paralegal Manager), and Spring Check-In meetings for Associates and Staff Attorneys. Arrange annual AEC meeting including preparation of evaluation materials. Maintain and update tracking spreadsheet and calendar appointments, as needed.</li><li>Draft communications and prepare complex supporting documents (i.e., tables, training compilation reports, biographies, consensus summaries, full evaluation materials, including emails received throughout the year, feedback forms, and prior-year final evaluations) for use by Leadership, Division Leaders, and AEC members.</li><li>Schedule and support annual non-partner timekeepers' review meetings.</li><li>Create and maintain confidential spreadsheets of statistical information, including underlying evaluation materials and final evaluation materials available to non-partner timekeepers as requested.</li><li>Collect evaluation materials as supplied throughout the year for inclusion in annual review process.</li><li>Respond to Division Leaders inquiries throughout the year regarding timekeepers' performance documentation.</li><li>Review and approve reimbursement requests for AEC activities.</li><li>Assist as needed with other non-partner evaluation process tasks.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Associate Competencies Engagement Program (ACE) (5%) </strong><ul><li>Provide reporting and Associate information to the Practice Development Counsels to support ACE initiatives as requested.</li><li>Communicate with Technology team, Practice Development Counsels, Professional Development team, and Diversity & Inclusion departures for generating reports and providing information.</li><li>Work with Information Services/Business Engineering on individual Associate trackers and software implementation to support ACE program.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Data Reporting and Analysis (15%)</strong><ul><li>Create, update, and maintain statistics for new and departed attorneys, mentor matches, new partner candidates, practice division assignments, judicial clerkship information, and practice area specialties as requested.</li><li>Respond to inquiries for attorney data for Leadership and other departments, including Diversity & Inclusion, Pro Bono, Well-Being, and Marketing, and respond to other ad hoc requests.
