I was motivated to pursue the CNA to LPN Bridge Program because I have a strong passion for patient care and want to expand my skills and responsibilities in healthcare. As a CNA, I've developed a solid foundation in patient care, but I'm eager to learn more advanced nursing skills and take on greater responsibilities, such as administering medications and performing assessments.

The transition from a CNA to an LPN involves building on my existing patient care skills while learning new competencies like medication administration and patient assessments. I plan to approach this transition by being proactive in my studies, seeking mentorship from experienced LPNs, and staying updated on nursing best practices.

I anticipate that the biggest challenge in the CNA to LPN Bridge Program will be balancing the demands of coursework with my current job responsibilities. To manage this, I plan to create a structured schedule that allocates specific times for studying and clinical practice, ensuring I maintain high standards in both areas.

My CNA experience has provided me with a strong foundation in patient care and communication skills, which are essential for an LPN.
