I was drawn to hospice care because I find deep fulfillment in providing compassionate support to patients and their families during challenging times. I believe in the importance of dignity, comfort, and emotional care at the end of life. My personal experiences with loved ones in hospice have shown me the profound impact a caring CNA can have. I aim to be a source of support, offering reassurance and answering questions to the best of my ability. Building trust with families is essential, and I strive to create a collaborative environment where they feel informed and involved in their loved one’s care.

I have experience assisting with end-of-life care, including pain management, personal hygiene, and emotional support. I’m skilled in monitoring symptoms like pain, nausea, and breathing difficulties, and promptly reporting changes to the care team. I ensure patients are comfortable and dignified, whether through repositioning, administering medications, or providing companionship. My training and hands-on experience have equipped me to handle the unique challenges of hospice care with sensitivity and professionalism.
