I then tailor my approach to address these concerns, providing clear benefits of the training and how it will directly impact their work. I also involve resistant staff in the planning process to give them a sense of ownership and ensure the training meets their needs.

I have developed several e-learning modules that include interactive elements like quizzes, videos, and simulations to enhance engagement. To ensure effectiveness, I follow instructional design principles such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). I also conduct pilot testing with a small group before full deployment to identify and address any issues, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience.
