I also implement a system of regular audits and spot checks to monitor compliance. Additionally, I encourage open communication and provide resources for team members to stay informed and ask questions.

I first identify the root cause of the underperformance, whether it's a lack of skills, motivation, or personal issues. I then provide targeted support, such as additional training, mentorship, or resources. If the issue persists, I have an honest conversation with the team member to discuss the impact on the team and set clear expectations for improvement.

I foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, recognizing and celebrating team achievements, and encouraging a culture of mutual respect and support. I also prioritize work-life balance and ensure that team members feel valued and heard. Regular team-building activities and feedback sessions help maintain a positive atmosphere.
