I used breathing exercises and reassurance to help them regain composure. I also informed the supervisor to ensure the client received additional support. This experience taught me the importance of staying composed and utilizing therapeutic techniques to manage crises effectively.

I prioritize tasks based on the urgency and severity of the clients' needs. For example, if a client is experiencing a crisis, I address that immediately. For ongoing support, I create a schedule that balances individual sessions, group activities, and administrative duties.
