Prioritizing tasks involves understanding the urgency and importance of each appointment. I start by categorizing tasks based on deadlines and client needs. Urgent appointments or those with high-priority clients are addressed first. I also maintain open lines of communication with service providers to anticipate their availability and workload. Using a task management tool helps me visualize and adjust priorities in real-time, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of both clients and service providers.
