I create a detailed schedule, allocating specific times for each activity and ensuring breaks are included. Using tools like calendars and checklists helps me stay organized. I also remain flexible, adjusting the schedule as needed to accommodate unexpected events or participant requests.

I tracked their participation levels, any improvements or challenges observed during activities, and feedback from participants. This information was crucial for identifying areas of success and those needing improvement.
